IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Due to official letter number GSD-UEN-GAR-2022-00202, of January 19th 2022, from the Regional Office of Communal Aqueducts of AyA, Chorotega Region, UEN Management of Rural Aqueducts, Surfside’s ASADA is not issuing water letters or hydric capacity letters, due to the fact that Surfside’s Aqueduct does not have the conditions to meet the maximum development of growth, since there are no technical and legal feasibility conditions according to article 7 subsections: 12, 20, 21, 49 and 129, articles 8, 9, 10 and 14 of the current Services Provision Regulation; Until the construction and/or installation of a storage tank of 500 000 liters for the system is carried out.
