For the second consecutive year in 2025, the ASADA has received the ARESEP Regulatory Quality Seal. This recognition is awarded to ASADAs and other drinking water operators that demonstrate compliance with regulatory, technical, administrative, and water quality standards. Its objective is to enable users to identify which water systems guarantee adequate service.For an ASADA to obtain the seal, ARESEP evaluates aspects such as:
Drinking water quality through analysis and controls.
Service continuity and reliability.
Efficient administrative management.
Proper use of resources from tariffs.
Accurate registration of users and the service provided.
Submission of financial, market, investment, and quality information to ARESEP.
